I hope this answered you question?
Umm me. Its kind of weird. I go onto stores looking for things to buy. I dont think thats healthy. And I spend like hours on the internet looking at clothes.
=)
oh yesss.. they’re fun and you always need them =D
i definetly have a lot of underwear.
i always buy shirts too.
meeee.
i love buying makeup and purses.
=]
OMG…YES!!!! I am addicted to purses. Every time I go to a store that sells them I buy one. I have so many that im running out of places to store them.
Oh man, I just started to develop one!
My main vice is unique graphic tops. Things that are hard to come by.
My mother says I have a problem, I call it wardrobe expansion.
I’ll shop for anything.
My downfall is getting a “bargain.”
Say I have fifteen plain black camis at home.
I’m out shopping for a wedding gift. I stroll past the lingerie deptartment and notice a two for the price of one sale!
I have to have it! My husband will try to talk me out of it.
It drives my husband nuts. I can justify ANY purchase. I can talk circles around him!
“One of my camis ripped, the other has a seem coming out, two are kind of faded, this one has some lace on the bottom so its a little more fancy! I can wear it under that great pink jacket I bought, that you just love on me! And this is 100% silk, its great quality, it’ll last and last! I’ll NEVER have to buy another black cami again!”
…if its on sale I have to have it.
its an addiction…yes.
But I can think of worse things to be addicted to! Black tar heroine anyone??
omg i do i also love buying cute underwear and bras and i love buying dresses and belts and jeans and sweaters hell i love buying everything haha
Unfortunately, yes. I tend to shop way to much and whenever I go into a store not expecting to find anything I end up spending way to much. It doesn’t help that i love shopping at boutiques. I’m most addicted to high waisted printed skirts ( not hippey long ones like knee length ones) it sounds uncommon but I find alot of them. But I guess shopping is a release for me and probably you
Oh. Me. Mine would be shoes. My closet no can no longer contain all the shoes ive bought just this 2009 year, let alone since when this obsession first began, a year ago.
But my undergarment count isnt to far behind yours, either. ;)
ALL THE WAY BABYY
i get fixated on one type of item at a time – i just went through my ‘vintage owl necklace’ phase, and am now happily in my ‘gladiator sandal’ phrase.
It’s funny that you mentioned this, because my friend’s girlfriend actually had a legitimate shopping addiction, as in, she needed professional help for it. Listen to this: she worked a full-time job. She would cash her entire paycheck and go to the mall and blow it all on clothes. If it wasn’t for my friend the rent, electric, utilities, food, etc. would not be paid for, so she would’ve been homeless and starving with the nicest clothes on the planet. And the things she would buy would sometimes be ridiculous. Six bags in one day? SIX?! Who needs that many at one certain time. All her credit cards were in default and in her closet it looked like she was hoarding. I felt really bad for my friend because it was constantly putting him under stress, so I did some research and turns out that some rehab centers actually offer rehabilitation services for shopaholics. So we actually had an “intervention” with her and, because after all she is a nice girl and cares about my friend, agreed to go, and when she came out she was the most responsible person in the world. Go figure. Rehab for shopping addiction.
