What does it mean when my boyfriend talks dirty in bed?

Hey fellow thinkers and wonderers…

Me and my boyfriend have a great relationship. Sometimes, however, he likes to talk about strange things when we are in bed I like it when my boyfriend is close and sweet, but he likes it when we make believe we are in the middle of shooting a porn. He likes talking about and imagining we are having group sex sessions and having plenty of guys on top o’ his girl! Sometimes I go along with it, and at other times, I’ll make a very weird face at him, letting him know it’s gone a bit far.

Guys and girls…what does this mean? It doesn’t make me feel insecure or anything, but I’m wondering if this is normal? Could it be a secret addiction to porn? Does it mean that he wants to have a sexual experience like this? Trust me, I have asked him these questions, and so far, he just laughs and says ‘of course not!’

My boyfriend is the type of guy who only had three girlfriends before me. He was completely faithful to each one, and he’s no male slut. So is our relationship healthy? Guys and girls are so different that I need some insight…

It means, that he’s lusting after you and not loving you. I highly recommend you stray from stuff like that, it can really mess a relationship up. He’s lusting, you feel that and after awhile feel used, then ya start gettin snappy with him because he’s not giving you what you need….vicious cycle.

Well if your boyfriend wants group sex maybe you should talk to him about what is going on. I understand talking dirty but that’s not talking dirty, that’s trying to convince you to have dirty porn group sex for and with him. My boyfriend tells me all the time that I am just enough for him, so it might just be something he wants to try but on the other hand he might have a secret obsession with that group sex stuff. He could be addicted to it, have you seen a collection anywhere? He could want a sexual experience like this.

Some girls think it’s awesome. I have done that in the past, some girls like it and some don’t. It also depends on what he is saying. If it’s crazy dirty sex talk like involving barn animals or something, then yeah, I could see that being uncomfortable. If you like it go with it. Maybe it’s just his way of role playing or living out a fantasy or he might just be addicted to porn like you said and doesn’t know how to tell you. If he won’t answer you, just go along with it until you’re fed up with it or try to talk to him again about the situation. Hope everything works out for you.

He likes to fantasize. Of course some of things he may like to try. There is nothing wrong with trying to spice things up. You should try it. Turn the tables on him and you start talking the same way. I bet he really gets turned on. But you both have to very open and honest when you communicate. don’t judge each other. Find out what each others fantasies are. Try role playing and try to fulfill some if you can. Be glad he is comfortable enough to talk like that in bed. Not many guys can.

it’s normal, it’s just a kinky fantasy that he has (that he probably does not plan to fullfill). He likes to imagine this and thinks that it’s fun. I don;t think he is adicted to porn or wants to bring more people in to bed. he is jsut trying to be fun and do different things. If it sometimes bothers you just tell him to take it down a nodge.

Jenna is right you found what turns him on is all. If it doesn’t bother you then no problems. But if it does you need to talk about. Set some boudaries that are acceptable to both of you.If not this may go to a direction that may even shock you. I admit he’s a little out there. But we all are in one way or another. Sounds to me like he’s just trying to add some variety to your sex life. I think that’s a good idea. Many couples start to get bored with “routine” sex, and it starts to affect the relationship in other ways. Trying something a little different or “kinky” every so often keeps things exciting in the bedroom. I’d say it’s not a bad thing.

Roll play is great and healthy. To what extreme is up to you both. I think you need to make sure he knows what is acceptable and what is not. Firstly, it seems you have run into a male anomaly, not in the way you’d think, but in that he has the ability to talk during intercourse! Most men “turn off” the comunication side of the brain in order to fully emmerse themselves into the feeling mode. So there’s something new… my bf definately lacks that abilty! Lol
