www.passagesmalibu.com Passages Malibu was founded in 2000 by father and son team Chris and Pax Prentiss as a result of a father’s unconditional love and ongoing concern for son Pax and his downward life spiral of addictions. Pax’s personal journey in overcoming heroin and cocaine addiction was the foundation for Passages to pioneer the approach which has now become the new standard for the treatment of alcohol addiction and drug dependency. Rather than simply following the basic one-size-fits all 12 step rehab model in which clients attend group meetings and receive little individual counseling, Passages provides 60-65 hours of concentrated one-on-one therapy to every client. These personalized sessions focus on determining the underlying causes of dependency on drugs and alcohol. At Passages, a consulting physician and skilled team of licensed therapists customize a private drug treatment program for each individual in a naturally serene and beautiful setting. In 2010, Passages Ventura, a new wellness center was established in Ventura, California. Question by õ¿õ: police streaming video?
If police obtained a video surveillance search warrant, could they stream everything that was filmed LIVE on tv day after day?Ok,I know this sounds super far fetched because it would compromise the investigation, mess with finding a jury and all sorts of other things, but is there anything in the job description or anything by law, keeping them from doing this?Like airing the footage live on tv in a place where this person expects privacy, seems how its an on going investigation?Do they have to tell the person they are being filmed or anything? For instance, if you are monitoring a guy with cameras in his bedroom/bathroom his parents helped put there, could you air it live on tv if the guy was taking a shower and his everyday life, or would it have to be while a crime was being commited?Or since its an ongoing investigation you couldnt
2.IF this is possible, what if after awhile the guy gets put on probation, stops doing drugs gets rid of all paraphenalia etc, but said he might start doing them again when he gets off probation in 6 months or so,could you still broadcast his everyday life on tv until then, or would a judge not let you do it?
3.Is there a certain put when you have enough evidence, and you have to take action,or could you just film for years at a time
Or would the footage just be confidential
btw Im talking about making an actual tv show off of this.It would be for entertainment, but could the police say its just part of an investigation?
It would be an entire tv show,of course it would be entertaining, but police could say its just what they recorded.Does it work like that??It would be mainly for entertainment which anyone would testify, but could they say its just what they recorded?

outside of your home, there is nothing you can do
if you are an adult, and the cameras are in your home, and you don’t know about them- that would be illegal, however police do not waste their time with petty drug investigations
now, if you are a minor and living under your parents roof, they can record you as much as they want (as long as you are not naked, that is illegal)

Now a little background for you, we were hunting this fine upstanding Charleston area resident known as Q. A confidential informant put us onto him in Lincolnville. The confidential informant told us Q was waiting on him so he could purchase guns off him. So we knew he would be home. The best part is Q was supposed to be a big bad ass drug dealer that had lots of guns, drugs, and security. With the usual they will never take me back to jail alive. as you will tell by the video he was nothing of the sort. Cornered he put his head down. Let his mother take his jewelry off him, and went to jail quietly. A little technical note. Turn the volume down on this video. First reason it was raining pretty hard so that contributes to a lot of the noise. Second I am told that the recorder I was using at the time. Was setup to record video at a slower rate that audio. ( who would program a recorder to do that??) so the audio is ahead of the video. When you wach the video with sound it will sound like a old ninja movie LoL !!! But anyway enjoy the video. I will be buying a new recorder on Monday so the audio issues will be gone

I am a senior in high school and before i make myself dound like to much of a loser let me clarify my “addiction”. I am not your typical high school nerd, actually im the complete opposite, a jock. I am captain of my school’s soccer and track teams and i was voted to the all state and all region teams for soccer. My problem is that i find myself almost always thinking about playing video games. Its like i have the mind of a nerd but to the people around me im just another jock, or “cool kid”. I also really like anime but no one other than my best friend knows that. The point im trying to make is whether or not i should be concerned with how i keep my interests a secret to the world around me. (Im not an idiot, i know that i shouldn’t care about what others think, but come on its high school after all)
