ive even taken sex addict quizes and it realved i was a sex addict

from the time
i was 12 or 13 until i was 22-23 i was bascially sort of obssesed with sex
well i mean i thoght about it , wrote or read about it would masterbate lol, buy toys look at and buy porn , sleep with married men in secret meeting palces, do it in cars, i would be secrtive and feel ashamed and it made my mother upset naturally.

im a female btw
but i NEVER had sex until i was 19 and ironically i was 19 when i got my first kiss too

and also i was NEVER EVER sexually abused or assulted in anyway either

anyway , from the time i was 19 until 8months ago ive had sevaral casual encounters with 20+ men and 3 women

the weird thing is , for months now (6 – 8 ) ive had no desire for sex with a man or any real desire. i use to be constantly horny but now its like i only feel that way when i pms and thats only for a few days. can anyone explain why this would happen? i mean im glad im not doing what i use to do but i find this odd

even when i was in a relationship with someone i didnt want it either( and he was good and i was able to o-r-g-a-s-m
but its like i could care less for real sex and i only masterbate to try and fall asleep

Dr. Jones runs a rehab facilitly and is treating a psychotic drug user. The patient suddenly abandons the facility leaving a note that he plans to kill his ex-wife today. The patient has left behind his antipsychotic medicine that he must take every two hours. Dr. Jones

A. may not release this information because it’s confidential.
B. may release the information
C. may release the information only if the patient authorized such release in advance.
D. may release the information after obtaining a court order first.

These answers do not make sense to me. If the patient does harm his ex-wife, the ex-wife could sue Dr. Bob for failure to warn. So is warning the ex-wife considered “releasing the information”?

I’m hoping that I can bundle several questions about health insurance here, as to avoid making multiple threads.

I’m looking to buy a new health insurance policy. I have been covered by the same one for nearly 6 years now (blue care network company policy), and am currently being treated for add. Here are my questions;

I’ve found a plan by Bluecare Network for about $130 a month, that covers just about everything I want. However, the prescription package has a calender year limit of $2500. After that I have to pay for it myself apparently.

I’m currently on 60 30mg adderall XR/month, and nothing else. I’ve called around, and found that while CVS would charge me over $300 out of pocket, my local independent pharmacy only costs about $150. Now, my question is-How do health insurance companies determine pricing when paying for prescriptions? Do they go by store price, or is it some kind of negotiated term agreement?
I want to make sure I don’t buy the policy only to find that it doesn’t cover the medication I need if I unexpectedly hit this cap because of high drug prices.

2. How do preexisting conditions come into play here? As I said, I have ADD and am prescribed medication for it. Would that be counted as a pre-existing, or would HIPAA require them to cover the condition because I haven’t been without insurance for over 30 days?

Thanks for any info offered!
