Rachel stumbled out of her second abusive marriage not knowing up from down, nor where to turn. Her oldest son had gone to their pastor to ask for help. When Rachel finally gathered the courage to reveal the truth of her situation to him, he gently spoke words to her she’d never forget. “You are a co-dependent.”
