im doing LD debate, and was wondering what was the percent of people cured by drug rehab?

I went to drug rehab and they always said 9/10 of you are gonna be right back here in under five years. Anyway, that’s what they told us, but the numbers can’t be that good. Especially when most everybody that goes is doing it for court, and isn’t actually planning on quitting. I don’t know what the actual stats are, do your own homework!
