Im 22 and my b/f is 29. My mom doesn’t like him at all. She thinks he’s no good for me, and disagrees with me dating him. So im dating him secretly. My mom doesn’t like him because…
Hes 29 and lives at home,doesn’t have a job(He got fied), he has gambling issues, went to rehab for drug issues (with pain killers), Has depression, anxiety, and never graduated from high school, or got his GED.
I have to lie when im going to see him, he can’t come over to my house. Im lieing and saying im staying at a friends and I CANT take it anymore. What should I do? Any advice?

Hmm just tell your mom that its YOUR life and that your a grown woman who can make her own decisions, but seriously he doesnt sound like a prize winner, but if he makes you happy thats all that matters.

Do yourself a favor and make it easier on everyone. Stop seeing him. I don’t know you but every girl deserves a good guy. And he is definately no good. You’ll realize that eventually, i just hope its sooner rather than later. good luck.

Your mom has to understand that you are an adult and you can live life as you please… and you need to understand that your mom is trying to protect you cause from what you said about your boyfriend, he doesn’t seem to have his life straight.
