You can tell your Doctor anything, and it will remain confidential – unless you’ve killed or raped someone.

If you explain to them that you’ve taken or are taking drugs, they’ll tell you the best solution, what you should do, and affects it will have on the body.

EVERYTHING that you tell your doctor is confidental.

It’s a rule they have to follow. Everything of yours is confidental, & will be kept between you & the physician. It’s legal, & if that confidentiality breach is broken, they can be in legal trouble.

A doctor I had when living in Colorado, pointed out a family history of Cancer from cigarette smoking when I told him that I smoked Pot. There is not link involving smoking pot as it has been studied enough. I smoked pot for years and stopped when it became common for companies to test for drugs when you applied for jobs. I have not smoked for a few years so there are no other recreational drugs to mention any more. Would I smoke pot again? seeing how I am not pursuing employment, I would light up right now. Don’t know anyone to get it from makes it awkward so I may stay clean for another day.
