I had my PA license suspended for 12 months back in 1997. I paid my fines and finished my probation, but never did the court appointed rehab. Now I really need my license back, as I don’t know how I’ve made it this long without one. Does anyone out there know how to go about this?

Call the DMV or whatever they call it in PA and they should be able to provide you with all the information you need to get your drivers license back.

You have a judgment that you have not fulfilled .Do the rehab.
Judges don’t like it when you don’t do like they tell you. Go to that judge, apologize and ask for directions. He is probibly the only one who can help you.

Contact the department of motor vehicles in your area and ask.

Sorry to say, but you may still have a warrant out for your arrest because of your failure to fulfill the conditions of your sentence. You should check with the court where you were charged and with the PA DMV to find out what you need to do. If the court has retained jurisdiction over you, which is not unheard of in PA DUI cases, you should consider consulting with a PA lawyer to make sure you don’t walk into a trap.
