They are a private school. If one of their requirements is a drug test and the results, then they can do that, because you are consenting.
If you choose not to consent, they can’t make you do it, but they are within their rights to refuse to allow your child to attend.
Force – of course not.
Require a drug test to attend the school – absolutely.
So if you want to attend the PRIVATE school then you do the drug test. No one can force you to do it and you cannot force them to accept your child.
I imagine you signed a contract with the school covering this.
the school can probably expel the student if you don’t comply.
I’m sure they are within their rights to do so, and that this stipulation is included in their policies regarding admissions and attendance. If you refuse to comply, I would be sure to bet, it will result in the suspension or the expulsion of your child.
They cannot force you. But they can refuse to admit your child until you do.
